Most UK orders, except small, inexpensive parcels, will be sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery and will need to be signed for.
Special Delivery on all UK orders is available for an additional £8.00.
Where possible, we will always dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt, however at busy periods dispatch time could be longer than this. So please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you are in a hurry for your order please call or email for an estimated current dispatch time. (This is particularly important over the Xmas and Bank Holiday periods!)
We currently only ship to UK addresses.
Returns Policy and Procedure
In addition to your statutory rights, if you wish to return goods outside of the 7 day cancellation period, we operate a 28 day faulty returns period.
Refunds will be for goods only and will not include any carriage costs paid to us.
Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged.
We do not operate a try before you buy policy.
Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.
To cancel your order before delivery, you must first check your order status. If your order has not reached the delivery process, a customer service operative will be able to cancel your order. Please email us at sales@looks4.co.uk to check on the status of your order.
