Dropshipping FAQ

Dropshipping (or drop shipping) is where someone sells a product and asks a third party to ship direct to their customer. In our case you would advertise our products on your website or auction site etc. When the item sells and you have received payment from your customer you place the order through us, give us your customers details and we'll send the order direct to your customer. The idea is that you sell the item for more than we would charge you and the difference is your profit.

What prices will I pay?

There are several packages available and the discounts you will receive depends on what package you choose.

* STANDARD - With our standard account you pay the advertised price on our site (labelled "Your Price"). Many of our prices are reduced from normal retail prices (labelled "RRP" where available).

* SILVER - You pay 10% less than our advertised prices.

* GOLD - You pay 20% less than our advertised prices.

What are the P&P costs?

Our site will calculate the cost of shipping when you checkout. Remember you can’t ship using one shipping charge and ship to multiple addresses. Each different order must be placed separately if going to different addresses.

Do you include your company details with the order?

No. The whole point of dropshipping is that the customer should believe that the product came from you. We do not include our company name or logo but are required by the Post Office to include our return address. A delivery note will be included with the order but no prices will be shown - simply a list of products included in the order.

How much does it cost to join?

We currently have 3 different packages to choose from as follows: STANDARD - Pay a £4.99 a year. You pay the advertised prices.

GOLD - Pay £9.99 a year for a 10% discount.

PLATINUM - Pay £17.99 a year for a 20% discount.

How do I place an order?

Congratulations on your order! Follow these few steps to place your order:

1. Login to your account

2. Find the product you wish to order on our website

3. Choose your shade/colour from the dropdown list if applicable

4. Click the Add To Cart button

5. If there are no more items to order, click the Checkout button

6. On the next page click the Change Address button

7. Scroll down the page and enter the customer's address details and click Continue

8. Choose your postage method, add a comment if needed then click Continue

9. Choose your payment method and click continue.

10. Check the details are correct and press confirm.

That's it, your order has been placed! You will now receive an email confirmation and your order will appear in your order history. If you do not receive an email and your order does not appear in your order history then your order was not successful and you should try again.

We will receive your order and will process it as soon as possible. You will receive an email when we're processing your order and again when the order has been shipped. You can also check your order history for the current status of the order along with any comments we have made
